Thank you so much for volunteering with our ministry! Whether this is your first time volunteering with us or you're a seasoned pro, please complete our volunteer training below. We've broken it up into an easy step-by-step process.

Step 4: Background Check
Fill out the background check paperwork and then head over the Louisiana State Police headquarters with your paperwork
to complete your background check.

If this is your first time volunteering with the Children's Ministry, or you have never completed our Volunteer Form, please fill out the FUMC Volunteer Form, and turn it in to an FUMC Children's Ministry Staff Member along with a copy of your license.
