Nursery is open for children 6 weeks to Kindergarten from 8:15am-12:15pm on Sunday mornings and Sunday School is offered for all children at 9:45am in their classrooms.
1st-3rd graders experience Elementary Worship on Sundays at 9:45am on the 3rd floor at The Treehouse (Room 305) with interactive Bible stories, songs, prayers, games, and small-group activities.
4th-5th graders experience Preteen Worship on Sundays at 9:45am on the 3rd floor in The Oasis with interactive worship, music, games, and small groups.
Confirmation is a 6-month journey where students explore their faith, learn about God, and take ownership of what they believe. Through meetings with Confirmation leaders, meaningful conversations, and a weekend retreat in nature, students grow together—culminating in being confirmed as members of the church. K-5th graders are invited to Kids’ Night tonight! From 5-6:30pm at FUMC, kids will enjoy an evening of music and recreation designed to grown their faith and have fun! Kids can eat dinner ($5/meal or $65/semester), which is from 5:00-5:20, or come after dinner for free.
No Kids' Night on Feb. 8, Feb. 15, Mar. 29, and Apr 5.

4th and 5th graders are invited to the Color Wars at Independence Park on Friday, March 13 from 6:30-8:00pm. They should wear white and expect a mess (and a whole lot of fun)! Cost is $30/child and includes supplies and a light dinner. Share this invitation with friends!

The FUMC Children's Ministry invites children (birth to 5th grade) to FUMC's annual Easter Walk on Saturday, March 28 from 10am-12pm. Dan and Robin Reed are hosting the event, and all FUMC families and their guests are welcome at this free event! Make sure to bring an Easter basket, a blanket, and a friend!

The FUMC Preteen Ministry invites children entering 4th through 6th grades to Mission Day Camp (MDC)!
Each day children will travel to a site where they will live out their faith within the larger Baton Rouge community. Mission sites include the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, HOPE ministries, and more!

FUMC Children's Ministry invites children entering pre-K4 (who are potty trained) to those entering 6th grade to find their strength in God with this year's Snowball Mountain Challenge, based on Philippians 4:13 – "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
The challenge runs from July 13-17, 9am-12pm at FUMC. Cost is $45/child and includes materials, t-shirt, and a daily snack.

If you would like your child to attend ELC Summer Camp the week of VBS, please do not register here for VBS. You need to register for ELC Summer Camp from ELC's registration page (https://www.elcbr.com/summer-camp) and you will automatically be assured a spot in VBS.
